Midwest Landing provides development and advisory services for strategic clients and investors. Our team collaborates with land owners, developers, architects, contractors, neighborhoods, city staff, council members and investors to help conceive and deliver complex real estate developments.

We have worked extensively with complex financing structures, affordable housing, historic rehab tax credit projects, low income housing tax credit projects, new markets tax credits, housing master plans, renovation of residential property, small business space development as well as large mixed use developments. We remain actively involved in the DMC initiative as participants and advocates for our clients.

Our services include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies, market research, best use analysis, site acquisition, pro forma analysis, securing public and private financing, design development, project oversight, leasing, sales and marketing, and community outreach. We offer advice and services to meet the diverse needs of each project. We find our niche in each development team and offer as many, or few, services as are needed.
