Midwest Landing provides development and advisory services for strategic clients and investors. Our team collaborates with land owners, developers, architects, contractors, neighborhoods, city staff, council members and investors to help conceive and deliver real estate developments.

Our services include, but are not limited to, feasibility studies, market research, best use analysis, site acquisition, pro forma analysis, project oversight, leasing, sales and community outreach. We offer advice and services to meet the diverse needs of each project. We find our niche in each development team and offer as many, or few, services as are needed.

Our project experience includes urban revitalization, downtown redevelopment, adaptive reuse and various types of newly constructed single use and mixed-use developments.

Kellie Mueller, Owner/Broker

Kellie has been a real estate broker in Rochester since 2005. She has worked passionately on the revitalization of Rochester's downtown core neighborhoods, most specifically - but not exclusively, the Kutzky Park neighborhood.

Kellie has renovated numerous single family homes and multi-family dwellings, completed large scale lease ups for developers, strategically acquired property for development and acted as a consultant for large infill development projects as well as developing her own infill projects.

In addition to development and brokerage services she currently manages a portfolio of short term furnished rental properties that cater to Mayo Clinic patients.
